Because our products are made custom for you the moment you order it, we don't have the ability to accept returns. Therefore any items sent back to us cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item shows up, we are able to offer full refunds or request replacements from our manufacturing partners, free of charge. In either instance, we do require a photograph of the item with any relevant tags visible sent to us within 14 days of item arrival.

As mentioned above, we can't accept returns and thus we don't offer exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied with a particular fit or made a mistake in ordering, please reach out to us as we still may be able to find a way to offer a solution. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include your order number.
We will notify you once we’ve received the image of a damaged or incorrect product, and let you know if the refund was approved by our manufacturing partner or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can up to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
